The Rogers Shop produces beautiful custom molding, furniture, and woodworking projects in their 1890s barn workshop.
Artisan Matthew Rogers holds The Diploma of Fine Arts from the Museum of Fine Arts School in Boston, a B.A. in Philosophy from Gordon College, as well as Coursework from North Bennett Street School. His professional experience extends from teaching woodworking and sculpture at Harvard, MassArt and the SMFA School to serving as a finish carpenter at Bloomerth Engineering.
Rogers has extensive experience creating solutions in a myriad of areas including home theaters, custom furniture, domestic products, ergonomic furnishings, musical instruments, bookbinding and gilding, and his carpentry work integrates all of these skills.
Matthew integrates his sensibilities as craftsman and an artisan to the unique issues of each individual project. We hope that you will take a moment to look at some of some of our past work, and please don’t hesitate to give us a call with any questions you may have.
